【FACILITY INTRODUCTION】

Yamatogawa Sake Brewery was founded in 1790 in the middle of the Edo period. In order to make some of the best sake, they use underground water from Mt. Iide, high-quality rice harvested from their own rice field, Yamatogawa Farm, and contracted farmers that don't use pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
In addition, they continue to take on challenges with a global perspective, and have expanded overseas to Taiwan, Hong Kong, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, and other countries.
