Karakuri dolls are said to have been the inspiration for the automatic loom, automobiles, and robots. The only craftsman that can make karakuri dolls is located in Inuyama city. This experience was created from the desire for more people to understand the historical value of karakuri dolls by allowing visitors to see the workshop and the materials from which they are made. After experiencing the wonders of karakuri dolls, travel back in time by exploring Inuyama castle and the surrounding castle town.

Visit the Local Kabuki Theater "Meijiza" and Try Kumadori Makeup
【STORY】Gain insight about regional kabuki by visiting and helping preserve the local treasure Kashimo "Meijiza" Theater. Built by villagers in 1894, the Kashimo "Meijiza" Theater has been loved by the local community for over 120 years. The locals continue to carry on the culture of "Ji-Kabuki" even today. "Ji-Kabuki" is kabuki that is performed by local amateur actors and is rooted in the local area.Part of this program's fee will be given as a contribution to the local area in order to help preserve this theater. Inside of this theater, you can experience the Kumadori makeup unique to Kabuki. Dive into Japanese culture through this experience.

Explore the History and Nature of Teshima on a 1-Day Private Island Tour
【STORY】During your experience, you will develop a greater appreciation of the art that has arisen on the island through your interaction with the locals and the history. Teshima is blessed with gorgeous scenery and has become famous for art, but do you know the events that largely shaped its history? Years ago, industrial waste was illegally dumped on Teshima, and now to remove that garbage and restore the land, the world's largest restoration effort is underway. Learn more about the history of the restoration of the now beautiful Teshima with Emi, a local guide.
