Try your hand at making udon after leaning about "miso-nikomi udon", a regional favorite. After you make the noodles from scratch, a chef will cook them for you.

1. Learn About Miso and "Miso-Nikomi Udon"
We will explain the history of "haccho-miso".
2. Make Handmade Noodles
・ Knead flour in a bowl and make noodles.
・ Roll out your dough with a rolling pin and cut the noodles.
3. Eat "Miso-Nikomi Udon"
Chefs will cook your noodles and create "miso-nikomi udon"!
