  ・Children under 12 are generally not permitted, as this is a cultural experience designed for adults.
  ・Infants (0–3 years old) may be allowed upon request. Parents should bring baby food if necessary.

  ・It may take some time for us to respond. Immediate answers are not available, so please understand in advance.
  ・The available ryotei (traditional Japanese restaurant) will vary depending on the number of guests and dietary requests (e.g., allergies).
  ・You cannot specify a particular ryotei.
  ・The designated ryotei will be confirmed 7 days before your visit.
  ・If you have any dietary requests (e.g., vegetarian meals, allergy accommodations), please specify them in the reservation form.
  ・The rickshaw course may vary depending on the weather and other conditions.
  ・In the winter, due to the early sunset, rickshaw ride times will need to be discussed in advance.
  ・Each rickshaw accommodates two guests per vehicle. If there are three participants, two rickshaws will be arranged.
  ・For young children (preschool age), please contact us in advance regarding ride eligibility.
